    1. Places that I Remember

    The title track, and the last song written for the album. It reflects on places, people and music, and was the first song recorded at the Nashville sessions.

    2. Roppongi Nights

    Drawn from the three years Guy Phoenix lived in Tokyo from 1994, and nights out in the Roppongi entertainment district.

    3. When the Light Goes Out

    A ballad written in tribute to Trixie, Guy Phoenix's dog, who died in January 2025 aged nearly 16. It was the first song written for the album.

    4. Do the Fourteen

    About Guy Phoenix's student years at Nottingham University (1986–1989) and the campus challenge of drinking a pint in each of the 14 campus bars in one evening.

    5. Life in the Emirates

    A cover version of a song written by the Irish duo 'The Establishment', reflecting the eight years Guy Phoenix spent as a boy in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

    6. F1 Baby!

    A tribute to Formula One, from watching races on television as a boy to attending Grands Prix in Montreal, Austin and Abu Dhabi.

    7. Long Haul

    The album's longest track: an atmospheric, minimalist slow rock song about the suspended feeling of long-haul air travel.

    8. Luxury Girl

    Inspired by racing the Beneteau First 10R 'Luxury Girl' in Caribbean regattas in the British Virgin Islands.

    9. Anegada

    Named after the island of Anegada in the British Virgin Islands, and built around memories of that place.

    The closing reprise dedicated to Trixie. The track ends with a recording of Trixie running along Smuggler's Bay beach in Tortola.
